It helps a lot if you include your device model, iOS version, and the level number where the problem happened. The Settings → Contact Me button inside the game fills this in for you automatically.
First open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the game. This re-checks your App Store account and re-delivers anything you already own, such as Remove Ads or furniture packs.
If the item still does not appear, email us with the receipt from Apple (search your inbox for “Your receipt from Apple”). We can look up the transaction and sort it out.
Settings → Restore Purchases. Non-consumable items (Remove Ads, furniture) come back for free because they are tied to your Apple ID. Consumable items such as coins, stamina and hints are spent when used and cannot be restored.
All payments are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple rather than us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. If Apple asks you to contact the developer first, email us and we will respond promptly.
On iOS: Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases → In-app Purchases → Don't Allow. This is useful if a child uses your device.
Four things, for as long as the subscription is active:
There are two plans, monthly and yearly; the yearly plan works out considerably cheaper per month. The exact price for your country is shown in the App Store confirmation dialog before you are charged. Both plans renew automatically until you cancel.
iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MIA Infinity → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the game does not cancel the subscription — you must cancel it in Settings.
Yes. In the same Subscriptions screen, choose the other plan. Apple handles the upgrade or downgrade and adjusts the billing for you; you are never subscribed to both at once.
Open Settings → Restore Purchases in the game — it re-checks your subscription with the App Store. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with, and that it is online. If the benefits still do not appear, email us with your Apple receipt.
The four benefits stop, and stamina goes back to refilling over time. Your levels, stars, stickers, coins and pet home are untouched. If you had separately bought Remove Ads as a one-time purchase, that stays — ending the subscription only takes back what the subscription gave.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com like any other App Store purchase.
Your progress is stored locally on your device — there is no account or cloud save. It can be lost if you delete the game, reset the device, or clear the app's data. Unfortunately we have no copy on our side and cannot restore it.
If your progress disappeared without you deleting the game, that is a bug we want to hear about. Email us with your device model and roughly when it happened.
Not directly, since progress lives on the device. An encrypted full-device backup (iCloud Backup or an encrypted Finder/iTunes backup) restored onto the new phone will usually bring the game data with it. Cloud save is on our list for a future update.
Every level in the game is solvable. Try the Hint button, which shows the next five steps. If you believe a specific level genuinely cannot be completed, email us the level number and we will verify it.
Each level attempt costs stamina. It refills automatically over time — one point roughly every ten minutes, up to the maximum. You can also top it up from the Store, or watch a rewarded video.
The reward is granted when the video finishes. If you close the ad early, no reward is given. If you watched the whole video and still received nothing, email us — please mention roughly what time it happened so we can match it against the ad network's logs.
Rewarded videos need an internet connection, and the ad network does not always have inventory available. Check your connection and try again in a few minutes. If it never works, email us.
The Store has a Remove Ads option. It is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to the same account. The MIA Infinity subscription also removes ads, and adds unlimited stamina on top.
Settings → Language. The game supports 17 languages including English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Russian, French, Vietnamese, Arabic, Thai, Hindi, Indonesian and Italian.
Check that Music and Sound Effects are on in Settings, that the volume slider is not at zero, and that your device is not in silent mode. The game follows the physical silent switch when you are using the speaker; with headphones connected, sound plays regardless.
iOS Settings → Notifications → Haru & Dako, then turn off Allow Notifications. All reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
See our Privacy Policy for what is collected, who collects it, and how to opt out of ad tracking.
